We want you to love your Chelsea Peers loungewear, but if your order isn't quite right, you can return any unworn items in their original packaging within 28 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain products like face masks and opened intimate apparel are non-returnable.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the parcel is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Post
Download and print your prepaid return label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 working days.
